JK Development has partnered with ZZY Developments of Toronto, this 72 unit rental apartment project is located in the North end of Peterborough’s downtown corridor at the corner of George Street and McDonnel Street.

The project will feature downtown urban living in Peterborough, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with an affordable housing component as part of the project offering. Projected occupancy will be spring 2024.
